Elizabeth Wylie Dean, 92 of Easley SC passed away at Rainey Hospice House in Anderson SC on February 17, 2022, at 3:17 AM.
Born April 26, 1929, in Glen Cove, Long Island, NY. She was pre-deceased by her father Abrum (Ed) Wylie, her mother Anna Hadden Wylie, her loving spouse Richard Allen Dean, and her son Randolph Allen Dean.
She is survived by her three sisters Yvonne Wylie of Solana Beach CA, Doris Yuhas of Fayetteville NY, Noreen Ritter of Carolina Shores NC, her daughter Doreen Cox (Chuck) of Lyman SC, her grandchildren Tiffany King (Jeffery) of Fort Lauderdale FL, Ben Cox (Ginny) of Lyman SC, David Cox (Krista) of Easley SC, Shannon Cox of Greer SC, her great-grandchild, Cash Cox of Easley SC, Chase Cox of Lyman SC, Joseph Howell of Greer SC.
Elizabeth was loving, spirited, and the life of the party. She graduated from Red Bank High School in New Jersey. After graduation, Elizabeth married her teenage soulmate and was married 65 years before his passing in 2012. She loved traveling with her husband and after they retired they traveled the countryside by side. Her absence from this world will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later time.
