Elaine Moore

Elaine Moore, 85 of Anderson, SC passed away peacefully on August 24, 2020. Born April 29, 1935 in Detroit, Michigan. A loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother! She was the daughter of the late Joe and Ann (Rosenberg) Berick. Married in 1953 to Johnny Brooks (deceased). Married to Howard Moore in 1975. Lived 58 years in South Carolina. She worked until she was 78 years of age, owning a Dunkin Donuts Franchise in Greenville, SC. for 20 years. She is the mother of Gale (Aubrey) Parker, Gary (Patricia) Brooks, Audrey Felmet (deceased), Tony (Renee) Brooks and Kelly (Dustin) Moore. She has 6 Step-children Larry Moore, Terri Picklesimer, Richard Moore (deceased), Cathy Luker, Bonny Davis (deceased) and David Moore. Elaine has 8 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren and numerous step grandchildren and great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Hospice House of the Upstate (Rainey House) Anderson S.C. 29621. Visitation will be September 18th 10:00am at Westville Funeral Home, Greenville, SC and the Service will be at 11:00am. Immediately afterwards, the graveside service will take place at M.J. “Dolly” Cooper Veterans Cemetery in Anderson, SC.
