Dylan Cain Slay passed away on November 27, 2022 in his Greenwood home. He is survived by his daughter, Annalia Rose Slay; mother Amanda Weeks; father Jason Slay; sister Ciara Slay; Fiance Elsa Benavides; great grandparents Lou Koski, Johnny Slay, and Carolyn Slay; grandparents Melissa Koski and Tammy Davis Slay; his closest friend, Chris Thompson; and many other family members and friends.

Dylan was preceded in death by his great-great grandparents Charles and Patricia Brady; and his grandfather Greg Smith.
