Doris Coyle (Matthews) Trotter

Doris Coyle Matthews Trotter, 75, wife of the late Joseph Daniel Matthews, went home to be with the Lord May 31, 2014 at her home at Jays Place Apartments, 114 D Louns Dr.  Born in Greenville County, a daughter of the late Fred and Lola Coyle.  Preceded in death by a son, Joseph Mack Matthews; a granddaughter, Amanda Rose Matthews; a grandson, Joseph Shane Matthews; a brother and two sisters.  Surviving are her children, Daniel Matthews, Charlotte Matthews Trotter, Larosa Matthews Morrison, Frank Matthews, and Leslie Matthews Anderson.  The family gathered to remember and celebrate the precious life of their beautiful and loving mother on Sunday, June 1, 2014 at her home.
Services will be held on Wed., Jun. 4 at CSSC - Westville, 6010 White Horse Rd., Greenville.  The family will receive friends from 2 - 3 PM, with the memorial service at 3 PM.  Memorials may be made to Open Arms Hospice, 1836 W.
