It was with strength, dignity, grace and humility as Donna entered her new beginning in Heaven on January 5, 2016.

Surviving are her beloved husband Ken Gromest; three children; Jamie Welch and his wife Beverly of Blythewood, their children, Jamison, Hannah Frances, Kim, Nathaniel, Tommy, and Jacob; Staci and her husband Joe of Greenville, their children, Sophia, Joey, Jesse, and Julian; Justin Welch and his wife Elyse of Charleston; a sister-in-law, Sylvia Bloodworth; and a nephew Kevin Bloodworth and his wife Dawn of Gilbert, AZ.  Predeceased were her parents, Harris and Myrtice Benton Bloodworth; and a brother Leon Ponder Bloodworth.

There will be a Memorial Service on Saturday January 16th at 2PM at Praise Cathedral, 3390 Brushy Creek Road, Greer, SC.

Donna is absent from the body; BUT present with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!  The family would like to thank you all for your kindness, love and prayer support demonstrated throughout Donna's glorious home going!  Only in eternity will the value of your encouragement be truly known.
