Donald C. Wilklow, beloved husband of Joan Mathews Wilklow, passed away on June 19, 2016. He was born in Schenectady, New York on May 1, 1938. Don graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Alfred University and was retired from Kemet Electronics. Don converted to Catholicism and was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church. He will be remembered for his love and compassion for others. He spent his time in volunteer opportunities such as with the Greenville Cancer Society. He loved his large family and his pastimes were golf and travel.
Surviving are his wife Joan, sons Todd Wilklow (Debbie), Darren Wilklow, daughter Alissa Boswell (Chris), seven stepchildren, William Mathews, David Mathews, Sharon Mathews, Susan Mathews, Marilyn Holliday, Michelle Kilcoyne, Amy Mathews, thirteen grandchildren, one great grandchild and his brother Ted Wilklow (Marlene). He was predeceased by his first wife Carol Wilklow.
The memorial service will be held at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 307 Gower Street on Friday, June 25, 2016 at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society or St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church.
