Donald Robert Walker

Donald Robert Walker, 56, of Greer, SC sadly left us on November 14, 2023. He is survived by his mother Cheryl Walker , a brother, Todd Walker (Amy) of Gloversville, NY and three sons, Derrick, Dominic, and Douglas. Donald was predeceased by his father Gary Walker.
Donald graduated from Gloversville High School in 1986. After that, he joined the Army and proudly served two terms with three years in Germany. Mr. Walker was honorably discharged from the Army. After the Army, he worked at Kensington Apartments in Taylors, SC for a total of 26 years. He spent a short time, as well, working at BMW.
Donald had many interests that included riding his motorcycle and cooking. He loved playing video games with his boys. By far, his favorite past time was watching football with his father and rooting for his all-time beloved Dallas Cowboys and Florida Gators.
A memorial service will be held in January. The time and place is pending.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to the American Cancer Society.
