Diana Rance Gosnell

With profound sadness we announce the passing of Diana, our loving and devoted wife, mother, and friend on October 9, 2022. She left us peacefully surrounded by family at her home in Landrum, South Carolina at age 62.

Born in Evreux, France she was the child of a military family that moved often when she was young. She was the daughter of Joseph J. Rance and Mary Ann Rance, who preceded her in death along with her brother Bobby Rance and sister Karen Vague.

She is survived by her husband, Larry Gosnell; her children, Christopher Mohsseni (Amber), Kimberly Young (Mark), and Elijah Hare (Jay); beloved grandchildren Jace, Xander, and Emerson Young; her sister Linda Adams (Brian); brothers, Joseph Rance and Michael Rance.

Diana worked in cosmetology for over 30 years where she owned her own business. Known for treating clients like family, she enjoyed being a listening ear to many.

She loved to cook and entertain and was known for serving abundant amounts of food for those she loved. Diana had a large sense of humor and was always a light when she entered a room. She had a love for both people and animals and never hesitated to give all she had to help those in need.

Most of all, she loved her family and instilled in her children the importance to always love others. She will be dearly missed and forever in our hearts. Please see service details below.
