Dennis Whitfield Lewis Sr.

Dennis Whitfield Lewis Sr., 69, of Conestee, South Carolina, received his Angel wings February 16, 2017. He was the husband of the love of his life, Deborah Jane Lewis whom he was with for 35 years and married for 33 years, they were wed on December 22, 1984.
He was a self-employed subcontractor installing hardwood floors and served in the US Army. Born in Patterson New Jersey. He was the son of the late Elmer W. and Rebie (Mcdonald) Lewis.
He is survived by his wife, a granddaughter and grandson in-law of the home, Jamie and Juston Bagwell whom served as his caregivers, a son, Dennis W. Lewis Jr. of Pickens South Carolina, 3 daughters, Pamela Lee of Mauldin South Carolina, Sabrina Chick (Johnny) of Pickens South Carolina and Samantha Holmes (Marcus) of Greer South Carolina. 18 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren. A sister, Marie Sellers of Marietta South Carolina and best friend, Wayne Henderson(Linda) of Greenville South Carolina.
He was predeceased by his parents, grandparents, a daughter Tammy Bridgess of Woodruff, South Carolina and a brother Roy E Lewis of Greenville, South Carolina.
He served many roles for many people throughout his life but the greatest were those of husband, dad and papa.
