Known for his friendly demeanor, loving nature, and spirited zest for life, Dennis's presence was a source of joy and comfort to all who knew him.

Dennis is survived by his devoted wife, Elizabeth G. Couch, with whom he shared a lifetime of love and companionship. He was a proud father to his sons, John L. Couch and James D. Couch, and a father figure to his son-in-law, Van Grissop. His legacy continues through his grandsons, Brandon Couch and Jonathan Grissop, who will carry forward the values and lessons he imparted. Dennis was predeceased by his beloved daughter, Veronica Dell Couch Grissop, his mother, Sarah Morton Deeley, his father, Boyce K. Couch, his brother, Bill Couch, and his sister-in-law, Dorothy Couch. Each of these individuals held a special place in his heart, and their memories remained a guiding light throughout his life.

Dennis was a proud graduate of his local high school, where he formed friendships and values that lasted a lifetime. After completing his education, he dedicated many years of service to Honey Well, from which he retired. His colleagues remember him as a man of integrity and warmth, always ready to lend a hand or share a kind word.

An avid fan of the Atlanta Braves, Dennis rarely missed a game and enjoyed sharing his passion for baseball with his family and friends. His love for the sport was only matched by his enthusiasm for flea markets, where he could be found on weekends, searching for treasures and engaging in friendly banter with fellow enthusiasts. Fishing was another of Dennis's joys, providing him moments of tranquility and reflection, as well as an opportunity to connect with nature.

Dennis's life was a testament to the power of positivity and the importance of nurturing relationships.
