Deborah Lee Simmons

Deborah Lee Simmons, 66, passed away Sunday, October 7, 2018 at her home. Deborah is preceded in death by her son, Travis H. Simmons; her parents, Juan Phillips and Betty Hannah; and her brothers, Wayne Brayton, Buddy Phillips and Carl Hannah. She is survived by her sister, Kay Mawyer of North Carolina; her children, Robin Boatwright (Shane) of Powdersville, Deborah Addis (Blair) of Greenville, Clint Rhoades of the home and Ashley Simmons of Greenville; her grandson, Adam Simmons, whom she raised as her own and her grandchildren, Jessica, Jakob, Raegan and Hannah. The family is at their respective homes and a memorial service is planned for a future date.
