Deborah Lynn Hatcher

Deborah Lynn Hatcher of Belton, SC, passed on February 16, 2022, in Anderson, SC. She was preceded in death by her parents Jerry Mackey and Tecie Tollison.
Deborah is survived by her husband, John Riley; her daughter Tosha Rogers (Michael); two sons Jason Rogers, and Kevin Hatcher; sisters Paula Vinson (Gary), and Lisa Carter; grandchildren Taylor Rogers, Samantha Rogers, and Michael Murphy; and one great-grandchild Jayden Conklin.

She enjoyed spending time at home with her husband, John, and entertaining friends and family. She kept a meticulous home, everything in its place and a place for everything. She loved greeting John when he got home from work with a hot meal, a drink, and a smile. Spending time with Deborah was the highlight of John's day, she made everyone she came into contact with feel special - always putting others above herself.

Deborah was a fantastic cook and hostess and was an avid crafter. She put love and care into everything that she made. When she wasn't busy making something, she loved watching the Golden Girls.

Family was very important to Deborah. She loved her children dearly, and she cherished her time spent with her grandchildren and great-grandson. Everyone who knew her will cherish her memory - she will be deeply missed.
