David Earl Echols, 65, of 301 Boling Rd. passed away on Friday June 7, 2013.

He is the son of the late Martin Echols and Wilma N. Lindsey Echols of Greenville. He is also the husband of Jeanette Chafin Echols of the home.

Mr. Echols was a truck driver with Bearden Trucking and he is also a member of Grove Road Baptist Church.

In addition to his mother and wife, Mr. Echols is survived by his daughters, Amanda Jean Grubbs and Torena (Allen) Morris all of Piedmont; a sister Linda Gail Echols of Piedmont; sister-in-laws, Alice Faye Niziol of Orangeburg, SC and Lillian Chafin of Greenville; numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday June 11, 2013 at 11 am in the chapel of Westville Funerals and Cremations. There will be a visitation prior to the service from 10 am until 11 am at the funeral home.

Interment will follow at Greenville Memorial Gardens.

The family will be at the residence.
