Danny Wayne Burlington

Danny Wayne Burlington, 58, passed away peacefully on April 7, 2017 at 6:25 am at Spartanburg Regional Hospital following a two year battle with his illness.

He was born in Indiana, but he spent his childhood and remained in Kansas City, Missouri until 6 years ago. He was a man of many trades, but worked primarily as an automotive mechanic.

He is predecased by his parents, Donald and Rita Burlington. His sister, Pearl, and brother, Darrie. He is survived by his brother, Donnie Burlington, and three sisters; Rita Burlington, Patti Williams and Cathy Deckman (Rodney). In addition , he leaves his three daughters; Shannon Burlington Fowler (Craig), Andrea Danelle Burlington, and Ashley Nicole Burlington. His granddaughters; Makayla Morgan Stokes and Kayla Marie Burlington and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.

His daughters would like to exceed gratitude for all that have provided love and support during this difficult time. A special thank you goes out to Orion Distribution Center and Homestead Hospice for going above and beyond more than just being employers to Danny's daughters. In addition, his daughters would like to personally thank all that contributed to making it possible to lay their father to rest. A Memorial Service to celebrate Danny's will be held in Kansas City, Missouri with family and friends.
