Daniel Ward Baumgardner

Daniel Ward Baumgardner, 47, passed away on Wednesday February 22, 2017 at his home in Laurens, SC. He was born on July 31, 1969 in Brunswick, GA to Gene Taylor and Mary Emma Ward. Daniel grew up in Brunswick & Laurens. He decided to make his home in Laurens, where he made numerous friends that became his family.

Daniel married Kim Davis in 1999 in Laurens, SC. They were happily married for 18 years. He enjoyed riding his Harley with his son and listening to him sing & pick the guitar. Daniel is survived by his wife Kim of Laurens; his son Caleb of the home; his brother David Baumgardner of Greenwood, SC.

Daniel was preceded in death by his Mother and Father: and siblings Mac and Sharon.
A memorial service will be held at First Pentecostal Church, 403 Academy St. Clinton, SC 29325 at 3:00pm, February 26, 2017.
