Coleman Dale Caudill

Coleman Dale Caudill, known affectionately as Dale to his friends and family, departed this world on January 5, 2025, at the age of 83. Born in the small town of Hot Spot, Kentucky on June 13, 1941, Dale's journey through life was marked by a warm intelligence and a generous spirit that touched everyone he met. He passed away peacefully in Taylors, South Carolina, surrounded by the love of his family.

Dale was the beloved husband of Betty Ann, with whom he shared a beautiful life filled with laughter and mutual respect. Together, they raised two wonderful children, Stephen Dale Caudill (married to Amy) and Shannon McCandless (married to David). Dale was a proud grandfather to five grandchildren and one great-grandchild, who all benefited from his wisdom and the stories he shared from a life well-lived.

Dale's professional life was as successful as it was long-standing. After earning his Bachelor's degree in Accounting, he became a Certified Public Accountant, a title he held with great pride and professionalism. His analytical mind and attention to detail made him a respected figure in his field, and his advice was sought after by colleagues and friends alike. Dale's commitment to his profession was only matched by his dedication to the community, where he was involved in various associations that benefited from his financial acumen and willingness to serve.

Outside of work, Dale had many passions that filled his life with joy. He loved Halloween, a time when he could share his playful spirit and creativity with his family and neighborhood.
