Cleo Leonard Finley went to be with the Lord Sunday October 1st 2017. He is survived by daughter Sherry Finley and son Joseph L. Finley (Angela Perry), Grand children Nicholas Finley, Justin Finley, Joseph B Finley, Allison Finley and Kaity Finley. Brother Gerald Powell and sisters Rebecca Watford, Brenda Sue Watkins. Born 7/8/40 he passed at the age of 71, he was a loving dad, grandpa, and husband.
