Cheryl Bluhm, 68, of Cowpens passed away on May 26, 2021, at SRMC after a brief illness. Cheryl was born on August 5, 1952, in Van Wert, Ohio. She was the daughter of the late Trilby Jones Imler (David) and Robert D. Jones (Pauline). She was predeceased by her husband David L. Bluhm. Cheryl is survived by sons Donald (Joy) of the home, Casey (Heather Willis) of Chesnee, SC, five beloved grandchildren, a sister, Linda Shackley (Daniel), of Spartanburg, a stepbrother, Terry Stukey (Linda), of Ohio City, Ohio, and stepsister, Marilyn Wall, of Atlanta, GA.
Cheryl was a very proud US Navy Veteran, serving 15 years, she was a big animal lover, especially cats!
A small private service for family and very close friends will be held on Saturday, June 5th at 10:00 am in the Prayer Garden at St. James United Methodist Church, conducted by Pastor Andrew Wolfe. A celebration of Life will be held that afternoon from 2:00-4:30 PM a drop-in at the Shackley home on Crocker Road.
