Cherne Patrice Nesbitt

Cherne Patrice Nesbitt of Mauldin, SC was called home to be with the Lord on April 5, 2022 at Bon secours St. Francis hospital downtown, surrounded by close family, friends, and loved ones. Cherne was born in Greenville, SC on October 11, 1971 to the late Jonah Smith and Patricia Ann Smith Polk. Cherne dedicated her life to God and was a devout member of Paramount Park Baptist Church in Greenville, SC. Cherne blessed others with her presence while dedicating herself to her career in healthcare. Cherne loved cooking, shopping, spending time with family & friends, and helping others. Cherne was predeceased by both of her parents Jonah "Buck" Smith and Patricia "Pat" Ann Smith Polk, both whom both were of Greenville, SC. Cherne leaves behind her husband of 24 years Charles E. Nesbitt, two children Essence Nesbitt and Emmanuel Nesbitt, three siblings Reginald Smith, Regina Smith-Shumate (Kevin S.), Antonia Reynolds(Kevin R.), Nieces, nephews, cousins, & a host of other relatives and friends that loved her, and will miss her dearly. Visitation will be held Monday April 11, 2022 from 2-3pm. Home going services will also be held Monday April 11, 2022 at 3:00p.m. both services will be held in the chapel where services are entrusted to The Cremation Society of South Carolina - Westville Funerals.
*Repast, blessings, and food will be served immediately after services at Paramount Park Baptist Church on Augusta road.
