Charles William Ramsey

Charles W. Ramsey, 85 of Fountain Inn, husband of the late Phyllis Ramsey passed away May 10, 2017. He was the son of the late Clyde Ramsey and Tessie Gillispie. Charles served 21 years in the Air Force then became a Supervisor in the Textile Industry until retirement.
He is survived by his daughrtes; Charlene Christie (Steve) of Hickory Tavern, Blanche Robertson of Fountain Inn and Mary Hendrix ( Hack) of Newberry; 8 Grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren and a brother, Don Ramsey (Jane) of Chapin. He was predeceased by a daughter, Rosena Bland and sister, Iris Renelt.
Memorial donations in memory of Charles may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 301 University Ridge, # 500, Greenville, South Carolina 29601, (864) 250-0029, www.alz.org or Hospice of Laurens County (1304 Springdale Drive Clinton SC 29325)
The family will hold a private service at a later date.
