Mrs. Charia Lee Lockaby

Charia Yates Lockaby Charia Doozie Lee (Yates) Lockaby, of Mauldin,
South Carolina, born on April 27, 1963 in Greenville, South Carolina,
to Marti Yates and Charles E Yates (Diane), passed away at age 55 on
August 27, 2018 in Simpsonville, South Carolina. Charia was the loving
wife of Samuel C Lockaby. She was preceded in death by her daughter,
Adrianna Harris, survived by her stepsons, Brandon Lockaby and Ryan
Lockaby (Hannah) and her first grandchild, Calvin Arthur Lockaby, born
August 4, 2018 and her sister, Charlene Yates. She will be missed by
numerous relatives and friends for her loving ways. She was a member
of Holy Cross Episcopal Church. Friends and family may pay their
respects at the memorial service, officiated by Reverend Michael
Flanagan, on Saturday, September 1 from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m. at Holy
Cross Episcopal Church, 205 East College Street, Simpsonville, South
Carolina, 29681. A reception will be held after the service where the
family will receive friends. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made
in Charia’s name to Holy Cross Episcopal Church.
