Carl E. Stebbing

Carl E. Stebbing of Westminster, SC passed away peacefully on Monday, November 28, 2022, at the age of 74. He was born in Fort Smith, Arkansas, raised and resided in Maryland, lived in Florida and made his final home in Westminster, South Carolina.
For most of his career he was a successful home builder and remodeler in the states he lived. He enjoyed planning, designing, building or just discussing any type of building project. He loved reading and researching just about anything. During his retirement he worked part-time for a local small business just so he could have “fun money” and meet people. He also enjoyed traveling to Maryland, fishing, eating Maryland crabs, and spending time with his daughter, son in law and grandchildren and friends in the area.
He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife Vivian Jill Stebbing (2012) and daughter Dawn M. Stebbing (1990).
He is survived by his daughter; Sheri L. Raleigh and her husband Tom and three grand-children Cooper, Ethan and Isabel and his sister Patricia “Patti” Harper. Carl leaves behind many nieces and nephews as well as extended family.
Family and friends whose lives Carl touched will be invited to attend Memorial Services planned for a later date to reminisce, support each other and of course, just chat.
