Carl Morris Grubbs

Carl Morris Grubbs of Taylors, S.C., beloved husband of Carolyn Grubbs for 59 years, passed away December 18, 2022 at the age of 86. He was the son of the late Carnell Morris Grubbs and Zelphia Lean Holcombe. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Sharon Lollis. Surviving are his wife, Carolyn Hunt Grubbs; daughter:Lori Hall (Stanley Hall); grandchildren: Jackson Hall; siblings: Mary Blackstone of Greenwood, S.C. and Earl Grubbs of Greenville, S.C., as well as many nieces and nephews. Carl enjoyed his retirement after 30 years with Fluor Corp, and was a US Army Veteran. Carl was a gentle, loving man who will be loved and greatly missed by the many friends and family that he left behind. A private memorial will be held at a later date.
