Broadus R. Abbott Sr.

Broadus R. Abbott, 79, of Easley, passed away on Wednesday March 13, 2013.

He is the son of the late Broadus R. and Trular Turner Abbott Sr. He is also the husband of Winona Pritchard Abbott of the home.

Mr. Abbott retired as a refrigeration instructor. He is also a member of Mt Carmel Baptist Church and he is also a veteran of the US Navy and US Army.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sons, Michael “Mike” Abbott of Easley and Derrick (Br. Tobiah) Abbott of Belmont, NC; his brothers, Don (Linda) Abbott of Greenville and Larry Abbott of Easley; the family dog “Monk”.

A visitation is scheduled for Saturday March 16, 2013 from 12:00 pm until 1:30 pm at Westville Funerals and Cremations. Funeral services are private.
