Bobbie Jean Burnett Roper, 69 of Greenville, SC, passed away Saturday October 29, 2016. After a long progressive illness.
Born in Greenville county, she was a daughter of late Eugene V.(Bill) Burnett and Lizzer Sizemore Burnett. Mrs.Roper was a textile worker. She is survived by her loving and caring husband of 50 years, Doyle B. Roper of Greenville. Along with her husband, she had two sons, Doyle E.(Gene) and Steven Roper both of Greenville, two daughters Kim and Steve Odom of Anderson, Missy and Gregg Kellett of Dacusville, six grandchildren, eight great grandchildren.
She had two brothers Buddy and Jack E. (June) Burnett.
Bobbie was loved by so many she loved everyone she came in contact with.
Visitation services will be held on Thursday, November 3, 2016 at Westville Funeral Home, 6010 White Horse Road, Greenville, SC 29611 from 1:00pm - 3:00pm. Services will follow, beginning at 3:00pm in the chapel.
Mrs.Roper was predeceased by her sister Martha Ann Burnett Smith and two grandchildren. The family's at the home.
