She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Powell, Sr., and son, William Nye Powell.
She is survived by 3 sons, Frank Powell, Jr., Michael Powell, and Kenneth Powell; sister, Kathy Debresk; 10 grandchildr4en; 17 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren.
A Graveside Service will be held at a later date.
