Billy Eugene Payne

Billy Eugene Payne 76, loving father, Grandfather and Brother passed away on March 2nd 2018. He lived Conestee S.C. He was survived by Daughter Judy Marks husband David. Granddaughter Lindsey Johnston husband Greg. Grandson Will Marks and three greatgrands Caden Cayley and Campbell Johnston. Two brothers Bradford D Payne and Jerry Payne. He was employed over 40 years with The Beattie Plant of Fountain Inn. He will be greatly missed. There will be no services that was his wishes.
