Betty's legacy continues through her family, including her great nephews Randall and Roman Turner, her nephew Charles Turner, and her nephews Robert Shelton (married to Joyce) and Leonard Hopson. Also Timmy and Riley will miss her dearly. Her spirit will also live on through her great niece Francis Thompson (married to Frank), Love Moore (married to Joey), Betty Whitlock (married to Tim), Shirley Jean Fortner (married to Peter), and Lisa Bowen. Betty's great-great-niece Christy Fortner will grow up hearing stories of her great-great-aunt's love and laughter.

Her life was a testament to the power of positivity and the importance of family. Her relatives will hold dear the memories of gatherings brightened by her presence, the sound of her laughter echoing through the halls, and the comfort of her warm embraces. Betty's absence will be felt profoundly, but her family finds solace in knowing that she lived a life full of love and happiness.

Betty's departure from this world is not just a loss but also a celebration of a life well-lived. Her spirit, a blend of love and mirth, will continue to inspire those who knew her to cherish each day, find humor in the small things, and embrace the company of loved ones.
