Bart Deforest Nead Jr.

Bart D. Nead, Jr. of Easley, South Carolina, took his final breath this Saturday September 17, 2022, surrounded by loved ones. He was the son of the late Bart Deforest Nead Sr. and Margaret Nead. Bart is survived by his loving wife Donna J. Nead; Sisters: Patty J. Zahorian, and Susan G. Lucas – both of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania; Nieces: Natasha Schwartz, Vanessa Karapetyan, Kristina Zahorian, Gabriella Zahorian, Erin Snyder, Amanda Kapp, Casey Kennedy; four grand-nieces, and six grand-nephews.
Bart grew up in Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania, and served proudly in the US Marines in Okinawa during the Vietnam War. Bart enjoyed woodworking and model boat building.
