Barry Lewison

Barry Jerome Lewison was born to Leo & Genevieve Lewison, on March 5, 1952 and raised in West Hempstead, NY. He passed away peacefully in Greenville, SC on August 8, 2017 at the age of 65. Barry was a loving father, son and friend. He was most passionate about his family, his pets, the beach, classic rock music, WWI & WWII history, & model airplanes. He found purpose during later challenges in his life via education & patient advocacy at Magnolia Place of Greenville. Barry is survived by his mother, Genevieve Lewison; Brother, Doug (Vicki) Lewison; Sister, Marylee (Paul) Misarti; Daughters, Barbara Lewison, & Jessica (Michael) Lohmann; Grandchild Leandra Lohmann; Nieces & Nephews Scott Lewison, Daniella & Alex Misarti.
