Barbara Fox Wilson

Barbara Fox Wilson, 71, of Greenville, SC, went to be with her Lord and Savior on February 19,
2023. Born August 16, 1951, in Hickory, NC, she was the daughter of the late Woodrow and
Mary Lou Fox. Barbara is survived by her husband, Darrell Wilson LTC (Ret), USA; children, Matt
and Brett Cater; and her brother, Roger Fox.
Barbara loved to travel and see the world that God has provided. She was a loving mother, wife,
and friend. Every moment spent with her friends and family was a blessing, and she especially
cherished time spent with her boys.
She attended St. Stephens High School, Lenoir-Rhyne, and Clemson University (Masters of
Education). Barbara may have left her worldly body, but she will forever be in the hearts of the
family and friends she left behind.
The family will receive friends on Monday, February 27, 2023, from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm at
the chapel of Cremation Society of South Carolina – Westville Funerals.
The family will be at their respective homes. Thoughts and prayers will be appreciated.
