Barbara Regina Chapman Ballard, of Belton, SC passed away March 28, 2016. She was the daughter of James Chapman and Step-Mother Judy Chapman. She was predeceased by her mother Barbara Nell Bagwell.
She is survived by her husband of the home Eddie Dean Ballard, her children: Thomas Patterson of Belton, SC, Ashley (Kevin) Fields of Belton, SC, and Chris Ballard of Belton, SC. She was predeceased by two babies; Michael James Patterson, and Baby Girl Patterson, she is survived by her granddaughter, Brianna Ballard of Belton, her sisters: Elaine (Gregg) LeDuc, of Pelzer, Faye (Will) Patterson of Pelzer, Renee (Mike) McMahon, of Easley, Elaine (Carl) Swanson of Hickory Tavern, and Johnny Chapman, of Fountain Inn, SC.
