Ashley Scott Greer

Ashley Scott Greer, 82, of Greenville, SC, passed away on December 20, 2022. He was the son of the late Glen Scott Greer and Pauline Benfield, born in Elizabethton, TN, on October 10, 1940. Ashley is survived by his wife Glenda Greer; children: Terri Greer Martin(Carl), Ashley J. Greer(Suzanne), and Paula Greer (Wolfgang Schoeppl); grandchildren: Liam Greer, Ben Greer, Calvin Martin, and Patrick Martin; siblings Laura Hazelwood, Glen Scott Greer, and Sharon Matthews; and special friend Tammi. He retired with the Greenville Hospital System- Prisma Health after thirty years as a Senior Computer Operator. Ashley served his country proudly in the United States Air Force, He enjoyed flying, reading the Bible, and spending time with his grandchildren. Ashley attended Praise Cathedral Church of God. He will be greatly missed and loved by the family and friends he left behind but will never be forgotten.
