Arthur Leroy “Roy” Crompton

Arthur Leroy “Roy” Crompton, 55, passed away on Monday, January 7th, 2019. He was born in Greenville to the late Curtis I. and Lib Snow Crompton.
Roy will be missed by his fiancée; Rhonda Black, his children; Beth (Travis), Melissa (Jason), and Kyle, his sisters; Sharon and Janice, his seven grandchildren, as well as his many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by two sisters and two brothers.
Roy was a Veteran of the United States Army who took pride in having served his country. He was a jokester that was loved by all his friends. He had a way of putting a smile on everyone’s face. He was a HUGE Clemson fan, who was ready to give his family and friends a “ragging” if you didn’t support his Tigers.
There will be a Memorial Service on Saturday, January 19th at 2:00pm at Renovation Church in Simpsonville, SC.
The Family requests that you show your “Clemson Spirit” by wearing Orange in honor of Roy.
