Armand G. Curtis 76, of Simpsonville, SC died on March 17, 2018 after a battle with Lewy Body Dementia. He will be sorely missed by his family and friends.
Armand was born in Honolulu Hawaii in 1941. After serving 3 years in the United States Marine Corps, Lance Corporal Curtis continued his education and received a business degree from the University of Maryland.
Armand was a Greenville Realtor for many years and retired from Bank of America Trust Department in Greenville SC after 20 years of service.
Armand is survived by 2 daughters, Marnie Demske and husband Ken of Atlanta GA, Tracy Gorecki and husband Chris, granddaughter Bella Gorecki of Lawrenceville, GA; 3 brothers
William Curtis and wife Pat of Bowie MD, Teddy Curtis of VA, Ray Curtis and wife Dorothy of Maryland, Dee Curtis of Charlotte, NC and Carolyn Curtis former wife and friend New Bern, NC.
Armand is preceded in death by mother, Delores Curtis, by father Walter H Curtis Sr., by brother, Walter H Curtis Jr. and sister in law Christa Curtis.
In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made to your local LBDA-Lewy Body Dementia Association.
I personally would like to thank all the Armand “Charming” Care Teams for their support, loving my father as their own, and guiding him through his end of Life Journey with dignity and respect he so deserved.
