Angela Francine Walters passed away on May 15, 2023, surrounded by her heartbroken family and a blanket of peace and love. She was 52 years old.
Angela, a 1989 graduate of Eastside High School, obtained her property management license from Greenville Technical College and was a proud lifelong Upstate resident.
Friends and family will remember her best for her kind heart and a big, beautiful smile that could light up any room.
In addition to her work in apartment management, Angela served countless customers with her trademark kindness and good nature at several area restaurants over the years.
A longtime active member of an Upstate clogging group, Angela greatly enjoyed dancing and exercising. She was an avid pet lover and leaves behind her beloved dog, Maddie, whom she cared for like her own child.
Angela’s memory will live on through her mother and stepfather, Connie and Mark Woyciesjes; her sister Kristina Satterfield and husband Joe; her brother Brad Walters and partner Matthew Benton; her brother Cole Woyciesjes; her niece Elizabeth Ann DeHart and husband Breck; and her nephew Joe Satterfield III. She is reunited in Heaven with her “Do-Dad,” Carl Dean Walters Jr.
A private memorial service was held on May 17, 2023. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made online to the National Alliance on Mental Illness at donate.NAMI.org
