Amber grew up the cherished daughter of Patricia White, James C. Hendrix, and Rene S. Hendrix. Her memory will continue to be a source of strength and inspiration for her family including her sister Carrie Norwood, brother-in-law Corbett Norwood, niece Rita, and nephew Wade; sister Andrea Dalby, brother-in-law Eric Dalby, and niece Kaylin. Amber's life was enriched by the love of her partner, Cameron Smith, and the joy of their son Cassian Alexander, due in February. She had many beloved friends and was the granddaughter of Mable V. Hendrix, Boyce L. Hendrix, Patricia A. White, Earl White Sr., and Evelyn Knight.

A proud graduate of Berea High School, Amber carried the values of her education throughout her life. She dedicated her career to providing in-home care, a testament to her nurturing nature and desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others. Amber's generosity extended beyond her professional life, as she was able known for her love of giving gifts, especially to her nieces and nephews, whom she adored. She was a supportive and loyal friend with a nurturing spirit. She spoiled her beloved dog, Chihero, her loyal companion who brought her immense joy, and accompanied her on many adventures.

Amber's role as a mother-to-be was one she embraced with excitement and love. Her passion for life was reflected in her many interests, which included hiking, camping, and watching movies. An open-minded individual, she found solace and inspiration in music, regularly attending live music festivals such as Bonnaroo, and enjoying concerts with family and friends. Her creative soul was not only evident in her love for literature, but also in her talent as an excellent cook, where she expressed her creativity through delightful and inventive dishes.

Known as an avid movie critic, Amber's opinions on films were both respected and eagerly anticipated by those around her. Her love for storytelling extended to her appreciation for literature, where she found both escape and enlightenment. Amber's spirit of adventure and her appreciation for the arts were a constant source of joy for those who shared in her passions.
