She was born on July 16, 1978, in Henderson, Kentucky and accepted Jesus as her Lord and Savior April 17, 1984. Alison's vibrant spirit and kind heart touched the lives of many throughout her life.

In her career as a medical biller, Alison found great joy in helping people and interacting with patients. She went above and beyond to provide care and support to those she served. Alison's dedication was evident as she took extra time and gave her heart to her patients. Her compassion brought comfort to many during their most vulnerable moments.

Alison obtained an Associate's Degree in Medical Coding through her pursuit of education. This achievement showcased her commitment to professional growth and proficiency in her chosen field. Her knowledge and expertise were invaluable assets in providing accurate billing services.

Outside of work, Alison indulged in various hobbies and interests that brought her immense happiness. She had a deep love for animals and cherished every opportunity to surround herself with their company. Alison's appreciation for beauty extended to jewelry, pocketbooks, and the thrill of shopping. She particularly enjoyed following the shopping network QVC for unique finds that would add sparkle to her life. However, above all else, being a mother brought Alison the greatest joy and fulfillment. Her son Connor was truly the light of her life—a blessing that filled her heart with immeasurable love.

In celebrating Alison's life, it is important to acknowledge the qualities that made her truly remarkable. Adventurous by nature, she embraced new experiences with enthusiasm and a daring spirit that inspired those around her. Kindness flowed effortlessly from her soul; it was a gift she shared generously with everyone she encountered. Love radiated from Alison's being—it was evident in the way she cared for others and in the warmth she exuded.

Alison is survived by her loving father Rickie Mays Sr. and his wife Cathy Mays, her dear mother Linda Kay Mays, and her cherished son Connor Bradburn. She also leaves behind her brother Rickie Mays Jr., who shares in the immense grief of losing such an extraordinary sister. Alison's memory will forever hold a special place in the hearts of her surviving family and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held to honor Alison's life on November 25, 2023, at Calvary Chapel, located at 3315 Brushy Creek Road, Greer, South Carolina. The service will commence at 11:00 AM, with friends and loved ones gathering to share their memories and bid a final farewell. The compassionate guidance and support provided by those who knew Alison during this difficult time will be greatly appreciated.
