Adriana Harris, 19, of Mauldin, South Carolina, passed away Friday, December 23, 2016 in West Columbia, South Carolina. Born on March 26, 1997 in Greenville, South Carolina, she was a life long resident of Mauldin and she worked as a Retail Sales Clerk at Marshall’s. Adriana will be remembered as a free spirit who loved to draw, paint and read about and watch Harry Potter. She enjoyed spending time with her family, together they enjoyed shooting guns, going fishing, riding four-wheelers and doing woodwork. Adriana cherished spending time with her younger cousins, Mykal and Addison.
Those who will most cherish her memory are her parents, Charia and Sam Lockaby of Mauldin, South Carolina; her brothers, Brandon Lockaby and Ryan Lockaby and his wife, Hannah all of Spartanburg, South Carolina and her boyfriend, Jake Strong of Fort Mills, South Carolina. In addition, Adriana is survived by her grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins as well as numerous members of her extended family.
Memorial services to remember and honor Adriana’s life will be at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, December 31, 2016 at the Holy Cross Episcopal Church, 205 East College Street in Simpsonville. A reception will follow the services in the church reception center.
