Aaron Seth Clay, known affectionately as Aaron by his loved ones, departed this life on the 23rd of September, 2022, at the age of 27. Born on November 15, 1994, in Spartanburg, South Carolina, Aaron will be greatly missed by those who knew him. His final moments were spent in Greer, South Carolina, doing what he loved, riding his motorcycle.
Aaron's journey began as the son of Tonya Kay Brown, to whom he referred as his best friend. He grew up alongside his siblings, Loran Joshua Morrow and Chelsea Marie Clay. Though his maternal grandmother, Peggy Marie Brown, predeceased him, her spirit and teachings remained a guiding force throughout his life. Aaron was the uncle to Kameron Kash Jefferson, Everleigh Grace Morrow, Audriauna Avery Dawkins, and Izabelle Emery Dawkins.
Aaron’s legacy is one of unwavering commitment to the things he held dear such as his best girl Miya, his pitbull. They loved to go to the river together. Aaron in general loved to go swimming and summertime fun. Aaron also worked at many hotel establishments and restaurants throughout his career. He was quiet the handyman at home as well.
He leaves behind a family that loves him: his mother, Tonya; his brother, Josh; his sister, Chelsea; and his nieces and nephew, who will carry forward the memory of their uncle. Although Aaron's circle of family and friends were small, those closest to him will miss and cherish their memories with him.
