Shannon Michelle Tapp, 43 of Greenville, South Carolina, passed away on Sunday, December 4th.
Shannon was born on February 12, 1979 to Gloria "Jeannie" McWhite and William "Bill" Martin of Greenville, South Carolina. Shannon graduated from Carolina High School in 1996.
In 2013, Shannon met her husband, William "Billy" Tapp, whom she married September 10, 2016. Shannon is survived by her spouse Billy along with her children: Rylie DeWeese, Kylie DeWeese, Hunter and Zoiee Jamison, Urban Laform-O'Shea, and Jennifer Elder, along with her brother Billy Martin, sister-in-law Renee Martin, nieces: Savannah Martin, Peyton Martin and mother Gloria "Jeannie" McWhite.
Shannon was a member of the Easley Moose Lodge and the owner of Tapp'd Out Cannin'. Some of her favorite hobbies included spending time with her two dogs: Olsen and Jax, visiting the beach, riding motorcycles, and being in the kitchen.
Shannon was someone who liked to have fun and enjoy life. The family would like for her to be remembered by people sharing funny, strange, or silly stories that celebrated the type of life Shannon lived.
The memorial service will be held at New Life Baptist Church on Friday, December 9th, located at 2690 West Blue Ridge Drive, Greenville, SC, 29611. Receiving of family and friends will be from 1:30-2:30 with a memorial service to follow at 2:30.
