Mollie Rouse

September 24, 1975 — November 12, 2023

Mollie Rouse a beacon of light and love, passed away on
November 12, 2023, in Greenville, SC. Born on September 24,
1975, in Mobile, AL, Mollie's life was a testament to the power of
passion, the strength of adventure, and the beauty of
thoughtfulness.

Mollie was a woman of many talents and passions. She was a
fierce and passionate businesswoman and had a love for all in
need, a trait that was evident in her work in sales, hospitality,
and events. Her ability to solve any issue or conflict was
legendary, making her an incredible business associate and
personal advocate. She also practiced Reiki as a master, using
her skills to bring comfort and healing to those around her.
Mollie owned her own business, organizing festivals and events
and developing healthy baked goods and assorted delicious
healing treats that brought guilt-free joy and entertainment to
her community which is still to this day far reaching.

Her personal life was as vibrant and fulfilling as her professional
one. Mollie met the love of her life, Hector Enrique Del Campo Jr,
at a lakeshore in the woods during an artist retreat and revival
festival. Their love story was one of deep connection and
mutual respect from the start, a friendship that lasted 12
beautiful years. Mollie was also a devoted mother to her
daughter, Morgan Abaroa, and a beloved sibling to her brothers
Chris, Paul, Benjamin, and Chad, and her sister, Amelie. Her
parents, Peter John Rouse and Debra L. Rouse, instilled in her
the values of love, kindness, and resilience. Mollie also shared a
special bond with her aunts, Julie Prince and Lynn Vines, and
her grandfather, Peter Rouse, Sr.

Mollie's interests were as diverse as they were fascinating. She
had a deep love for hummingbirds, finding joy and inspiration in
their delicate beauty and tireless energy. Her culinary skills were
unmatched, making her an amazing chef whose dishes were
always a hit at family gatherings and community events. Mollie
was also an artist, painter, and horticulturalist using her
creativity to bring her visions to life on canvas and in the garden.
Mollie Rouse was a woman who lived her life to the fullest,
always seeking out new adventures and experiences. She was
thoughtful, always considering the feelings and needs of others
before her own. She was passionate, pouring her heart and soul
into everything she did. And she was adventurous, never afraid
to step out of her comfort zone and try something new.

Mollie's life was not about the destination, but the journey. And
what a journey it was. She touched countless lives with her
kindness and compassion, leaving a lasting impact on everyone
she met. Her spirit will continue to inspire and motivate us,
reminding us to live our lives with passion, adventure, and
thoughtfulness.

Mollie Rouse may have left this world, but her legacy will live on
in the hearts and minds of those who knew and loved her. Let us
remember her not with sadness, but with gratitude for the love
and light she brought into our lives. Let us honor her memory by
living our lives with the same passion, adventure, and
thoughtfulness that she did. And let us always remember Mollie
Rouse, a woman who truly embraced and traversed life with
zeal, acumen, determination, and love.
