Jennifer Davis Cleveland

February 18, 1975 — July 16, 2023

Jennifer Davis Cleveland, affectionately known as “Weezy” to her friends, was a beacon of light in a world that often needed it. Born on February 18, 1975, in Greenville, SC, Jennifer’s life was a testament to the power of love, laughter and resilience. Her journey ended on July 16, 2023, in Easley SC but her spirit and influence continue to inspire those she left behind.
Raised by her loving parents, Mike and Sharon Davis, Jennifer grew up with a strong sense of family and community. Jennifer was the proud mother of Ashley, Justin, and Madison Cleveland. She was a cherished sister to Jonathan and his wife Hannah Davis and a beloved aunt to their children Thomas, Joe, and Jon Michael.
Jennifer was a woman of many talents and interests. She was a dedicated Human Resources Specialist for over 20 years, serving most recently at GE/Granite/Fieldcore as a Regional Global Manager. Her work was not just a job, but a reflection of her commitment to people and their potential. Jennifer’s professional life was marked by her intelligence and her spirited approach to problem-solving.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Jennifer was a woman of incredible warmth and humor. She loved to cook and entertain, filling her home with laughter and delicious food. Her quick wit and her ability to make a joke about anything – appropriate or not – were legendary among her friends and family. Her life was a testament to the power of positivity, the strength of family and the beauty of a well-told joke. Jennifer’s legacy is in the laughter she shared, the meals she cooked and the love she shared with all who were fortunate enough to know her.
Jennifer’s family would like to extend a special thank you to Erin from Interim Healthcare, Dr. Lauren Roberts, P Allen Jones, Emmanuel Fajardo, Greg San and Open Arms Hospice for their exceptional compassion and outstanding care during her illness.
Jennifer had a great love for children and the elderly. If you feel led to do something to honor her, please consider a donation to one of her chosen charities:
St. Jude Childrens Hospital
Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption
Meals on Wheels.

A celebration of Jennifer’s life will be held at a later time.
As it has been said – “Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away.” Jennifer lived a life full of breath-taking moments and shared them freely with those around her. She may no longer be with us in body, but her spirit continues to motivate and inspire us all.
